The Winchester-Clark County Industrial Development Authority (WCCIDA) was created by and between the City of Winchester and the County of Clark to support business growth, and job creation, and to grow a robust tax base. These actions enhance the economic vitality of the community and create vast opportunities for our citizens. The WCCIDA is responsible for reviewing and approving applications for Industrial Revenue Bonds, Tax Increment Financing Districts, and Utility Infrastructure Assistance.
